In retrospect, this was pretty damn funny....

Subject: Mice

A dead mouse was found in Stepzilla's office this noon. It has been removed by Pest Management and they are setting out traps. Please continue to keep food out of offices, empty your trash, and let me know if you see any signs of mice. (Check inside your desk drawers as well as the open surfaces. They can squeeze through the tiniest spaces).

Cookies were left on the kitchen counter last night. I discarded them this morning just in case a mouse might have "explored" them.

Any kitchen food is best kept in the frigerator or freezer overnight.

And to think they were trying to SHOW the dead mouse to me while I was trying to eat lunch.
Also, Stepzilla frequently leaves cups of coffee, food, and dog biscuits on her desk overnight or over the weekend. It's no surprise that the mouse was found dead under her wheels. She had been rolling over the mouse with her chair for God-knows how long.
